Besides being an ambiguous term when it comes to describe quantities, it is only good when applied to healthy habitsI mean, healthy foods in moderation are good for us, but when it comes to unhealthy foods, moderation is not a good thing. For example; unhealthy foods like animal foods, processed foods, alcohol, oils, salt and added sugars in moderation aren’t good for us, they are just less bad or “moderately” bad.
