I had the pleasure to meet Dr. Michael Greger at the presentation to the Swedish public of his book “How Not To Die”. Where he lists the 15 leading causes of death and disability in the US……which are pretty much the same in all Western Societies, and backed with the best available balance of evidence in the scientific nutrition literature, explains how to prevent, arrest and in most cases reverse these chronic diseases.
I bumped into him the previous night at a vegan restaurant in the old town, and he is as nice, down to earth and witty as it seems on his lectures.
One of the best books in nutrition I’ve ever read. A must read!
